House 12 is located at the entrance to Mostar, in the area of Bijelo Polje.
The accommodation includes 5 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and 2 bathrooms. It is intended for a stay of up to 10 people.
Outside, there is a seating area, a pool, a gazebo (shadrvan), an equipped summer kitchen, an outdoor bathroom, and a shower.
Parking is provided for guests.

For a larger number of guests, the total accommodation price is increased by a fixed amount, as follows:
6+ people: +50 KM on the base price
The surcharge is not calculated per person, but is added to the base nightly rate.
