The luxury House 1 is located in Blagaj in a very beautiful and peaceful setting.
It offers guests complete privacy.
The accommodation includes three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and three bathrooms. It is designed to accommodate up to 12 people.
Outside, in the spacious yard, there is an XXL pool measuring 13×6 meters, which includes a children’s pool and a jacuzzi, as well as an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, seating area, toilet, and shower. It is important to note that the pool water is heated.
Parking is provided for guests.

For a larger number of guests, the total accommodation price is increased by a fixed amount, as follows:
7–10 people: +100 KM to the base price
10+ people: +200 KM to the base price
The surcharge is not calculated per person, but is added to the base nightly rate.
