The hotel is located in the very heart of Mostar’s Old Town, within the UNESCO-protected zone, just 150 meters from the Old Bridge. Its capacities and proven top-quality service guarantee accommodation for all types of needs, as well as event organization down to the smallest details.
Although Hotel 1 is right in the center of the Old Town, just steps from the main street and promenade, guests enjoy the peace and tranquility of Mejdan. The silence is only interrupted by the sound of the Neretva River and the waterfall from the Radobolja tributary. Mejdan Square is the nucleus of Mostar, from which the city expanded further, and it is older than the Old Bridge itself. The square is also home to Mostar’s first mosque – Sinan Pasha Mosque.

Hotel 1 offers 20 modernly designed and luxuriously furnished rooms with a total of 54 beds, all accessible via the elevator across the hotel’s four floors. All rooms are equipped with double and twin beds featuring the finest damask linens, a TV with cable channels, a PAY TV video library, a safe, minibar, wardrobe, desk and chair, kettle, and a welcome drink (coffee and tea). Bathrooms are furnished with modern fittings and include a hairdryer, hotel toiletries, towels, and slippers. Bathrobes are available upon request, as are baby cots. All rooms operate with electronic key cards and are fully air-conditioned and heated.
The Wellness & Spa center features an indoor heated pool, a jacuzzi with hydro-massage for the back, legs, and feet, a Finnish sauna, and a salt room. It also includes a solarium studio (vertical type with chocolate lamps) and a massage studio offering three types of massages – relaxation, sports, and lymphatic drainage – as well as cupping therapy. Additional facilities include changing cabins, lockers, and restrooms.
On the ground floor, there is a restaurant offering guests a wide selection of dishes and beverages (non-alcoholic), with high chairs available for infants. All food is prepared exclusively with halal ingredients (certified halal).
In addition, Hotel 1 offers its own parking for private vehicles as well as minibuses, located directly in front of the hotel. The parking area is secured with video surveillance and monitoring.
