Cancellation terms
Cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 30 days before the start of the reservation, with a refund of the advance payment less 10% (accounting costs) + transaction costs, if the refund is to a foreign account. Refund of the advance payment less 10% within 30 days before the start of the reservation is possible only in the case of illness, injury or death, with proof.Weather conditions and other personal reasons are not considered a reason for canceling a reservation.
From the customer/guest perspective
Upon arrival at the domain, the customer can explore the offers for themselves and if they wish to reserve one of the selected offers, they send a request that the Sales Agent checks and approves or cancels. If the reservation is approved, the user selects the most appropriate payment option and receives details for making an advance payment for the reservation in the amount of 30% of the total reservation. The deadline for paying the advance is two (2) business days. The remainder is paid upon arrival. The guest receives an e-mail confirmation of each step related to the reservation.
