Advance payment

For stays in the houses, the house owner may request a deposit in the amount of EUR 500. The paid deposit serves as a guarantee to the house owner that the house will be vacated without any damage or caused harm. Upon receiving the deposit, the house owner is obliged to issue a written confirmation of receipt of the deposit. In the event that the house is vacated without any damage or defects, the house owner shall refund the full amount of the deposit.
